We ask for a 4 day notice for online tray/basket orders. If you need a tray or basket sooner, please call the shoppe at (716) 754-2300

*All online orders will require full payment before your order is processed. The due date for payment is based on when your order is for! Please be on the lookout for an invoice with the payment link to be sent to you from our Order Coordinator, Calista! Your order may not be made if we do not receive payment on the due date.*

* Our delivery window is 11am-3pm. We do not deliver on Sundays. *
